These General Terms (“Terms”) govern the use of the website carbon-credits.vn (the “Website”) operated by Carbon Credit Viet Nam (the “Company”). By accessing and using the Website, you (the “User”) confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all the Terms set out below.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Website and takes effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Website after the Terms are updated constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These General Terms of Use apply to the website operated by Carbon Credit Viet Nam. The Company is a professional consulting firm specializing in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance). Our services include:
- ESG strategy and governance framework consulting;
- Standardization and digitization of the ESG data-collection process;
- Sustainability reporting consulting and preparation to GRI, ISSB, SASB standards;
- Training and capacity transfer for maintaining the ESG system.

2. CONDITIONS FOR USING THE WEBSITE

The brand name “Carbon Credit Viet Nam”, the logo and related trademarks are protected. Use of these trademarks is not permitted without prior written approval.

Carbon Credit Viet Nam strives to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information posted on the Website. However, the Company does not warrant that all information on the Website is entirely error-free or complete at all times.
The content on the Website is for information purposes and is not to be regarded as formal legal, financial or investment advice. For specific advice suited to your business situation, please contact the Company’s experts directly.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carbon Credit Viet Nam is not liable for:

- Users’ business decisions based on information from the Website without direct consultation;

The Company’s maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the value of services you paid the Company in the most recent 12 months, or VND 5,000,000 (whichever is higher).
6. CONSULTING SERVICES AND CONTRACTS
Information about ESG consulting services on the Website is for introductory purposes only. The formal provision of services will be governed by a separate service contract signed between the Company and the client.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate the provision of services to any client who violates these Terms or the service-contract terms.
Any quotes, consulting proposals or implementation plans presented on the Website are for reference only. The actual service price will be determined after a detailed assessment of each business’s specific needs.
7. EXTERNAL LINKS AND RESOURCES
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, documents or resources (including organizations such as GRI, ISSB, SASB and Vietnamese state agencies). These links are provided for reference only and do not mean the Company endorses or is responsible for the content of those sources.
8. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
The collection and processing of Users’ personal data is carried out under the Company’s separate Privacy Policy, posted at carbon-credits.vn/chinh-sach-bao-mat. By using the Website, you agree to the collection and processing of data under that Privacy Policy.
9. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute or complaint relating to the Website or the Company’s services, the parties prioritize resolution through good-faith negotiation and mediation.
If it cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days of one party giving written notice, the dispute will be resolved at the competent People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City, under Vietnamese law.

10. APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This includes the Law on E-Transactions, the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights, the Law on Intellectual Property, and their implementing decrees.
11. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ON ESG AND CARBON CREDITS
Users should note that the carbon-credit market and ESG regulations in Vietnam are in a developing and evolving phase. The legal framework may change significantly. The Company does not guarantee that the information on the Website fully and promptly reflects every legal change.
The results achieved from implementing ESG depend on many factors, including the business’s internal efforts, market conditions and policy fluctuations. The Company does not commit to guaranteeing any specific result from the consulting process.
